Return Window

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
• Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Certain products (such as custom or personalized items, gift cards, or items marked “Final Sale”) are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged. Please check the product description for details.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us:
   Email support @ aureliaadventure.com or text 1-682-277-4521 within 30 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Receive Your Label:
   We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Ship Your Item:
   Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back using the provided label.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
• If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs (if any were paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

• If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
