Aurelia Adventure (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing a transparent and reliable shipping experience for all customers. Please review the following policy, which governs the shipment of products purchased through our website.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all states within the United States of America.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: Select products are eligible for free standard shipping within the United States.
  • Paid Shipping: Certain items may incur a shipping fee due to size, weight, supplier arrangements, or delivery location. Any applicable shipping charges will be disclosed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

Order Processing and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Estimated delivery times range from 5 to 15 business days, depending on product type, availability, and shipping origin. Certain items, particularly those shipped directly from our suppliers, may require up to two (2) weeks for delivery.
  • Customers will receive tracking information via email once their order has shipped.

Expedited Shipping

At this time, expedited shipping options are not available. We reserve the right to update this policy as additional shipping services become available.

Carriers

We utilize various shipping carriers, including but not limited to FedEx, USPS, and UPS, based on the product, supplier, and destination.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times. Shipping fees (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items in your order.

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (such as receipt of an incorrect or defective item).

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please notify us promptly at support @aureliaadventure.com or by phone at 1-682-277-4521 (Monday–Friday, 6am–2pm CST). We will work diligently to resolve the issue in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Aurelia Adventure reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
